What Colleges and Universities do not offer?
Most colleges and Universities are completely out of sync with the actual requirements of the complex business environment their students are stepping into. One other shortage of the current education system is that they are too specialized, producing graduates with an overly narrow understanding of business information. Such an understanding makes it difficult to apply knowledge and make decisions as contexts and circumstances change.
Classes and programs are updated every quarter to offer attendees a wide array of business education opportunities. They are conducted by specialists with years of experience and also a firm grasp on the professional business environment.
DSED has created this Youth Business Entry Development Program as 5-day crash program that touches the basic business skills, helps attendees identify and improve hidden talents they have, smoothes out rough edges giving the attendee the confidence to take up a professional position.
Take Your Career to the Next Level
Every young GCC graduate applying for his / her first job is a little insecure about the expectations from the company that hires them and the professional skills they are able to bring to that position.
Quite a few companies or government organizations have setup their own job initialization program to train young graduates and other fresh recruits. But only a few hundred graduates can be accommodated in these programs leaving behind thousands of others who step out of GCC colleges and universities every year.
