» Emiratization Program Objective
When UAE Vice President and Prime Minister, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum announced the UAE Federal Strategy, Emiratization was named as one of the Major goals, and a necessary step in the further growth and development of the national economy.
In keeping with this vision, we have established the Datamatix Emiratization Program, to help young UAE nationals build the skills that they require to successfully contribute to and compete in both the public and the private sector.
We believe it is imperative that every Emirati graduate be given the opportunity to realize his or her dreams.
منذ أن أعلن صاحب السمو الشيخ / محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس الوزراء حاكم دبي حفظه الله عن إستراتيجية دولة الامارات لعام 2015 ، وسياسة التوطين تعد واحدا من الأهداف الرئيسية وخطوة ضرورية نحو تحقيق المزيد من النمو وتنمية الاقتصاد الوطني.
وتماشياً مع هذه الرؤية تقوم داتاماتِكـس بتنظيم برنامج التوطين ,والذي يهدف الى خلق حوار بين الكوادر الوطنية و القطاع الاقتصادي لِدعم تنمية الشراكة ولإِحداث التطور وبناء جسور التعاون، بالإِضافة إِلي عملِها الدؤوب لِتزويد المنطقة بالاتجاهات والمناهج الناجحة لإدارة الأعمال وتطوير معرفة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصالات المُلبية لاحتياجات المسؤولين وصناع القرار وقيادات الغد في ظل العولمة والعمل سوياً لتقديم أفضل المُمارسات الإِقتصادية الناجِحة دولياً للإِستفادة مِنها إِقليمياً.
